Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of hold.my, provided by Walwer, Zagreb, Croatia ("we"), by billiard clubs and venues ("Customer").
1. Service
hold.my provides an online waiting list, table manager and bar screen for pool tables, reachable at a club-specific address on our domain.
2. Account
The Customer is responsible for keeping login details secret and for all activity under its account.
The Customer must provide accurate business information.
3. Plans and payment
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. A 14-day free trial applies to new clubs.
The lifetime licence is a one-time payment that grants use of the service for one venue for as long as the service is offered, including one year of updates. Updates and support after the first year are available for an optional yearly fee.
Payments are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, who also issues invoices and handles VAT.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period.
Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable. Business customers waive this right once the service has started.
If payment stops, the club page is paused. Data is kept for 30 days and then deleted.
5. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced where possible.
6. Customer content
The Customer remains responsible for guest data it collects and must have a lawful basis to do so. We process this data on the Customer's behalf under the Data Processing Agreement.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage and at most the fees paid in the last 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Customers will be notified at least 30 days before material changes take effect.
9. Law
Croatian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules remain unaffected.
