What is hold.my?
hold.my is a waiting list and booking tool for billiard clubs, salons, sports courts, darts bars, bowling and restaurants. Guests join from their phone or book a time ahead, staff manage everything on one board, and a TV screen shows the queue.
How are waiting times estimated?
For walk-in queues each game counts as one hour until games finish today; after that the estimate uses today's real average game length. Venues with bookings (salons, courts) show exact free time slots instead.
Do guests need an app or an account?
No. Guests open the club's link (hold.my/club-name) or scan a QR code and type their name. They get an alert when their table is ready.
How much does it cost?
€29 per month, €290 per year, or a €990 one-time lifetime licence, with a 14-day free trial and no card needed.
