Privacy Policy

1. Club owners and managers

We process email address, club name and billing status to provide the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Payment details are handled by our payment partner; we do not store card data.

2. Guests on the waiting list

Guests enter a name (or nickname) and party size. This data is processed on behalf of the club, which is the controller. We act as processor.

Waiting list entries are deleted automatically after 30 days.

3. Device storage

We store a small identifier in your browser so you can see your own place in line, and a login session for managers. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

4. Recipients

Hosting and database providers within the EU/EEA or with adequate safeguards, and our payment partner for billing.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. You may complain to a data protection authority.

6. Retention

Account data is kept while the account exists and deleted 30 days after closure, except where law requires longer storage (e.g. invoices).
