End User Licence Agreement

This EULA governs the licence to use hold.my granted by Walwer to the Customer.

1. Licence

We grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for one venue, for the duration of the subscription or, for a lifetime licence, as long as the service is offered.

2. Restrictions

The Customer may not copy, resell, sublicense, rent or reverse-engineer the software, or use one licence for multiple venues.

3. Ownership

All rights in the software, design and brand remain with us. The Customer keeps ownership of its own data.

4. Updates

Subscriptions include all updates. Lifetime licences include updates for 12 months; later updates require the optional yearly update plan.

5. Termination

The licence ends if the Customer seriously breaches this agreement or the subscription ends. On termination the Customer may export its data within 30 days.

6. Warranty

The software is provided as described on our website. Statutory warranty rights apply.
